3. Rental Terms
- Equipment is rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, as agreed in the rental contract.
- The renter must use the equipment only for lawful purposes and in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Any damage, misuse, or loss during the rental period is the renter’s responsibility.
- Fuel, operator, and transportation charges may be applied separately unless stated otherwise.
4. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed through written agreement or invoice.
- Payment terms will be outlined in the rental agreement (advance payment may be required).
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or online payment.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery will not incur a penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may result in a cancellation fee.
- Once equipment has been delivered, rental fees are non-refundable.
6. Liability & Insurance
- The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
- AL RAJJAM GENERAL TRANSPORTING L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the rented equipment.
- It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure appropriate site safety and insurance coverage.
