2. Do you provide equipment with operators?

Yes. We offer both operated and self-drive rental options. Our certified operators are experienced in handling all types of construction and excavation machinery safely and efficiently.

4. What are your rental rates?

5. Do you deliver equipment to project sites?

Yes, we provide equipment delivery and pickup services across all major UAE locations, including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman.


6. What are your working hours?

We operate 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Emergency support is available for existing clients during off-hours.


7. What documents are required for rental?

For corporate clients:

  • Valid trade license
  • Emirates ID of authorized personnel
  • Purchase order (PO) or agreement

For individual clients:

  • Emirates ID or passport copy
  • Security deposit (if applicable)

8. Is fuel included in the rental price?

Fuel is not included in the standard rental rate.
However, we can provide fueling services at an additional charge upon request.


9. What happens if equipment breaks down on site?

We offer 24/7 maintenance and breakdown support.
If an issue occurs, our service team will reach your site promptly to repair or replace the equipment to minimize downtime.


10. Can I rent equipment for just one day?

Yes, we offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options, giving you full flexibility based on your project’s duration and budget.


11. Do you provide safety training or site inspection?

Yes, upon request, we can provide operator safety briefings and basic machine handling guidance to ensure safe operations at your worksite.


12. How can I make payment?

We accept bank transfers, cash, and online payments.
Payment terms will be outlined in your rental agreement or quotation.


13. Do you offer long-term or contract-based rentals?

Yes, we provide customized long-term rental contracts for ongoing projects, with special pricing and dedicated support.
