Services Provided<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>AL RAJJAM GENERAL TRANSPORTING L.L.C\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong> offers rental services for JCB machines, excavators, loaders, cranes, and other heavy equipment.<br>All equipment is maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance. Specific equipment availability, rates, and conditions are subject to change without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Rental Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Equipment is rented on a <strong>daily, weekly, or monthly<\/strong> basis, as agreed in the rental contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The renter must use the equipment only for lawful purposes and in compliance with UAE regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any <strong>damage, misuse, or loss<\/strong> during the rental period is the renter\u2019s responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fuel, operator, and transportation charges may be applied separately unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Booking &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All bookings must be confirmed through written agreement or invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment terms will be outlined in the rental agreement (advance payment may be required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or online payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>at least 24 hours before delivery<\/strong> will not incur a penalty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>within 24 hours of scheduled delivery<\/strong> may result in a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once equipment has been delivered, rental fees are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Liability &amp; Insurance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AL RAJJAM GENERAL TRANSPORTING L.L.C\u00a0<\/strong>shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the rented equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is the renter\u2019s responsibility to ensure appropriate site safety and insurance coverage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
